The 16th of April 2011, saw the IPS team heading for Uggeshall Beccles in Suffolk.
I first met Ben and Lou in September 2010, when we met up at Leiston Abbey in Suffork their pre-wedding photography shoot. I remember the day well as the main road from Essex to Sufflok was closed and my Sat-Nav took me on a wonderful tour of the Suffolk country side. The weather for the pre-shoot wasn’t great, in fact, it was pouring with rain. I remember joking with Ben at the time about the weather and how it should be dry for their wedding in July.
At IPS, we always arrive in plenty of time for wedding and the 16th of July was no exception, must admit we had a slight problem finding “Terry Acre” which was tucked away in a very narrow country lane.
Part of being a professional wedding photographer is location analysis, so our first task when arriving at Terry Acre was to have a scout around. Generally, we are looking for a pleasant background working out the angle of the sun, at this particular wedding I got rather wet while looking around as the rain was pretty heavy.
Ben and Lou’s are such are a charming couple, and it is plain to see they are very much in love, we really enjoyed photographing your big day and wish you a long and happy marriage.
